100degrees out, 2hour ride. Tough. #Kona11
Rode really strong throughout the whole 113mi ride, but had to keep stopping because Sean kept powering through his gatorades. We also got stuck at the power plant at San Onofre for about 20 mins because they were moving a radioactive container across the road and didn’t want us near it “in case they dropped it”. My request to stop came in at Mile 95, when I absolutely needed a gigantic yellow gatorade and the biggest ice cream sandwich I could buy.
